I had the Keratin Treatment after I saw an article in the newspaper. My hair was always fuzzy and wavy, no matter how I worked with it at home, it was uncontrollable. I always envied the straight styles. The treatment I had was a miracle. Shiny, soft, not frizz or fuzz and smooth. That was the best thing I have ever done with my hair and I've done a lot! Will do again this summer. It lasts forever too. When Shannon finished my hair I looked in the mirror and said, "Holy Sh*t! This is what I've always dreamed about, that my hair could look like this!"

Daneen always does GREAT with styling & color on my hair. She is always pleasant, fun, and most of all very knowledgeable about what to do with my hair especially since I am so "hair challenged" on my own. I always enjoy coming into Philip Pelusi's. Every one here has always been so friendly & go out of their way to make me feel "special" for the time I am here. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for great services & great results!

I really enjoy coming to Philip Pelusi's to have my hair cut. As soon as I come in the door (usually some staff person hold the door open while I maneuver my walker inside) the staff welcomes me graciously and is eager to fulfill my needs. All the employees are thoughtful and kind - pleasant, too. Kelsie cuts my hair much to my liking. I've been to your shop in Ross Park Mall and the Waterworks Mall. Everywhere the staff is welcoming and thoughtful!

I have been coming here since April 2008. In that time Diona has been wonderful to have do my hair. From the first time with the mishap with the malfunctioning hairdryer she has been there for all my color changes. She has guided my with hairstyles when I have been indecisive and is a joy to be around. In times when she has been unavailable Kara has been just as wonderful. I look forward to coming each time. All the staff makes you feel at home and at ease.

I love coming to the Monroeville Philip Pelusi salon because of the staff. My stylist, Kara, is the best. She understands my hair, and I feel beautiful when I leave. More importantly, I feel comfortable at the salon, and I think of the staff as friends. Kara and Diona are "the Dream Team." Our hair experience is fun, and I learn interesting things about hair along the way. All of the staff make us feel at home. My friend and I travel several counties specifically because of the experience the staff create for us. Additionally I love Increase! The product rocks! I have been a client since April 2008.

Sarah at Philip Pelusi, at the Pittsburgh Mills, is truly wonderful. My whole family as Sarah cut our hair. My children love the attention Sarah gives them, they can't wait to see her at every visit. My husband loves the personalized attention he receives every trip. Sarah has found a beautiful mixture of colors for my dull hair. She does a fantastic job! We enjoy our visits to Philip Pelusi and we definitely enjoy our stylist, Sarah.

The first time I came to this salon I just happened to stop in to see if there were any opening for a haircut. Much to my disbelief I have found that coming in here has changed the way I look at haircare. My hair was so damaged when I first started coming here and now, working with my stylist Donna, she has taught me the ins and outs of haircare. She has taken time to explain how and why my hair got so damaged and explained how, with her help and my dedication, my hair could be healthy & beautiful again. We started with just a haircut and changing shampoo, conditioner, and doing a deep conditioning treatment twice a week and the difference in just a few weeks were marvelous. My husband was so impressed he keeps making comments on how beautiful my hair is now, and the comments from my coworkers keep rolling in. I now get the Keratin treatments that help with the growth of the hair and I do not have to do the deep treatments twice a week anymore. My mother-in-law who is 91 makes comments all the time now to people on the phone about how shiny and healthy my hair looks now, and she never compliments anyone. Thank you Donna for all your help and expertise.

Stephanie & Shannon are miracle workers! I came in today with a horrible haircut and color from another salon that I had done 2 days ago. 2 days of crying, my husband urges me to and get it fixed. I chose Philip Pelusi because of all the great reviews. Stephanie and Shannon listened to my concerns and were patient in giving me the cut and color I wanted. I left feeling great again! Marylou has been cutting and styling my hair since 2006. She is very professional, reliable, and trustworthy, and always gives me the end result I want. She is friendly, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I never feel pressured into trying a treatment or product, as I am very conservative with my cut and color. At my last appointment, she suggested a Keratin Treatment for my thick, frizzy hair, and it really did the trick. My hair feels softer than I ever thought it could. Recently our family was honored by a national service organization and Marylou styled my hair for the event, something I had never done before. Initially came in for a cut but since the color special was in effect, I decided to add some "fab" to my dull, drab hair! I have been a client of Chris for over a year and could not possibly be more satisfied with her work! I have never known Chris to be anything less than the consummate professional with the most friendly disposition. Each time I arrive at the salon, I am greeted by her (as well as the other staff) with enthusiasm and excitement. It is wonderful to see how everyone works together as a team, which is something you don't often see in other salons.
